How do I care for silk?
How do I care for silk?
Silk requires gentle hand washing in cool water. Use mild detergent and avoid direct sunlight when drying. Never wring or twist the fabric.
What are shipping times?
We dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days for Australian customers. International shipping may take up to 10 days.
Can I return items?
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Garments must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer custom sizes?
We provide standard sizing for most garments. Custom measurements can be discussed directly with our customer service team for select items.
